Photo Gallery of Everglades Trips In February, we head south to Kayak in Everglades National Park. We've been leading trips in the Everglades for 14 years now. Trips take place in February and March. We paddle out from Everglades City, Florida near Naples. We camp on deserted islands on white sand beaches. You don't need any kayaking experience just average physical ability and an adventurers heart. A typical trip consists of packing up and leaving in the morning, paddling 4 -5 hours and setting up a base camp. Then you can choose to take one of the daily kayaking trips, or hang out on the beach and fish, sun or read. Or you can paddle one day and relax the next. If you have a group that wishes to book a trip than we can tailor the number of days you wish to go and the distances we paddle each day. You can choose to camp in just one spot the whole trip or camp each night in a different location. Now Booking for 2010! Call for dates. You can choose from two types of trips: 1)
Bring your own tent, camping gear and food, we supply the kayaks, $295 - 5 day
trip
2) We supply
everything and you just show up: Includes all the above $750 - 5 day
trip All participants will need to bring their own sleeping bag and pad, snacks, clothing, personal items and toiletries, books, etc. Once you are confirmed for the trip we will send a packing list of suggested items to bring as well as a breakdown of what to expect. To make a reservation, we require a 25% deposit. Balance is due 60 days before date of trip. You can make a deposit by calling us with your information or mailing it to the address below. Cancellations made less than 60 days before trip will not receive a refund. |
