One of the best ways to explore our beautiful islands is by getting out on the water. We've been enjoying the Outer Banks since 1983. Join the author of "A Guide to Sea Kayaking the NC Coast" and our other guides for one-of-a-kind kayak tours. We'll paddle the sounds and salt marshes of the Outer Banks looking for some of the large variety of wildlife. We'll re-live history, hear tales of how places were named, stories of people both famous, and infamous and sagas of some of the 1000's of shipwrecks found right off our shores. We have a kayak tour that will interest every member of your family. If you would rather explore on your own, we've got kayaks to rent for the sounds, oceans, day trips or overnight excursions. We can also give you advice on where to paddle safely or the best kayak camping spots. We also offer kayak classes, from beginner to advanced. If you're wanting to learn about kayaking or wish to fine tune your skills we've got a class for you. We also have fun paddling trips for locals to get out and meet other paddlers or just explore your own backyard. If you are looking to try your hand at kayak fishing or already have a boat and need accessories, we can help with that as well. We carry Perception fishing kayaks as well as a full line of rod holders, anchors, seat pads, etc. Finally, if you've got the travel bug or just want a reason to explore other parts of this world, we've got a trip for you.
